Report an incident

A fire, a flood, a storm. This page will let yards declare their free places, and owners ask for help, all in one place.

This role belongs more to an equestrian committee

A CDE, a CRE or the FFE. Opening an incident isn't filling in a form: it's coordinating an evacuation — gathering the places, the horseboxes, the hands, and answering people. It's their job.

But if it's burning now, don't wait for anyone. Open the page. A manager will approve it, and you'll be able to invite the committee to join you as admin in two clicks.

Short and recognisable. It's what people will read in the text.
What is it?

The town is essential: it's what determines who is notified nearby. Without it, no alert can go out.
Pre-filled from your browser. It's used to locate the address and to read phone numbers.
The more precise it is, the better the distances are calculated. But it's not required.
More precise than an address, and it avoids typing errors. Optional.

How should the places be booked?

It depends on how urgent it is. You can change it at any time.

The official links optional

They'll be shown at the top of every incident page. No one should have to search for the local authority.
