Evacuation

I must evacuate my horses

Describe the yard to evacuate and the need. We alert the volunteers around at once, and you follow the filling-up live — stabling places, transport, helping hands.

More precise than an address, and it avoids typing errors. Optional.
It appears in full on the page, with a « Go there » button. Without it, everyone searches for the town and calls you to ask for directions.
This is the sweep: as soon as you declare, a text goes to all volunteers and members within this radius, from nearest to furthest. The bigger the radius, the more people are reached — and the more it costs. You can always widen it later.
This is the number volunteers will call before coming, and where the tracking link goes. One mobile per line if several of you are coordinating — you can write the first name in front. Mobiles only: a landline would never receive the link.
The texts go out immediately to members within this radius, from nearest to furthest. Someone already notified for this evacuation is never notified twice.

A tracking link is sent to you by text. You can then share, alert further afield, and place the horses.
